Actually, this vid dates from August 1 of last year (if you go to YouTube, you'll find it at "?v=XIt1q6BA_Gw" -- that's the video ID that appears after the www.youtube.com/watch bit in the URL -- since I can't add direct URL links here in the comments).

And, I suspect it's the same "lady" who made headlines last year yelling "Where's Clement & 10th" and spitting at a jogger ("?v=bQUuA15yE3g").
